How soon will my coffee be shipped after roasting?
To ensure maximum freshness, we roast our beans in small batches. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours of roasting.
Do you offer whole bean or ground coffee?
We offer both options. You can select 'Whole Bean' for maximum flavor retention or choose from various grind settings tailored for Drip, Espresso, or French Press.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days for a resolution.
How should I store my coffee to keep it fresh?
We recommend storing your coffee in a cool, dark place in an airtight container. Avoid the refrigerator or freezer, as moisture can compromise the flavor profile.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on your location and the weight of your order.
Can I modify or cancel my subscription?
