At The Well Coffee Roasters, we want you to love every brew; however, due to the perishable nature of coffee, we can only offer returns or exchanges on brewing equipment and unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is non-perishable, unused, and in its original packaging. Please note that roasted coffee beans cannot be returned once shipped.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items and include a copy of your receipt. Ship the package to our roasting facility using a trackable shipping method.
Receive Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
